All products, unless otherwise noted, include a warranty provided directly by Bit Audio.
Depending on the manufacturer and the defect, the product may be repaired, replaced, or refunded.
Please read below for complete details on the warranties offered.
The customer is responsible for return shipping on defective merchandise to and from our company or the manufacturer.

Amplifier Installation:
Due the difficulty of installation, car amplifiers may only be warranted if installed professionally.
Proof of profesional installation may be required for warranty claims.
Subwoofers / Speakers:
Blown, burned, and other abused subwoofers and speakers are not covered under the Bit Audio warranty.
Products damaged due to improper or inadequate packaging when returned are not granted warranty coverage.
There is no charge for repairing products covered by warranty apart from shipping costs.
Bit Audio shall not be held liable for incidental loss of use, installation or removal and reinstallation charges associated with defective product.
Bit Audio is not responsible for shipping to and from our company or manufacturer Warranties are covered in full by the manufacturer for the period listed within the product manual.
Product's have to be send back to us for repairs to be completed.
Warranty periods depend on the specific manufacturer and product.
The warranty is voided on any product in which specific serial tags/numbers, receiving numbers, product stickers,
or seals (the manufacturer or our warranty seals) have been removed, altered or tampered with.

Bit Audio Warranty
The Bit Audio warranty is void if specific serial numbers, receiving numbers, product stickers, or manufacturer seals have
been removed, altered or tampered with. Warranty is also void due to user abuse, misuse, defacing, and improper operation or installation.
Products damaged due to improper or inadequate packaging when returned are not granted warranty coverage.
Shipping costs to and from our company are the responsibility of the customer for repairing/replacing products under warranty.
Bit Audio shall not be held liable for incidental loss of use, installation or removal and reinstallation charges associated with defective product.
The Bit Audiowarranty is a repair warranty enforceable only by the original purchaser.
Replacements are available for a limited number of manufacturers and are provided at the discretion of Bit Audio
and/or Bit Audio vendor or the original manufacturer.
Goods covered under the Bit Audio warranty must be sent back to our company for warranty service to be completed.
The warranty covers only manufacturer defects for products.
The warranty does not cover:
Misuse, abuse, or improper installation / operation.
Subwoofers and speakers are not warranted against being "blown or burned". Subwoofers and speakers will not be warranted against any of the following damages:
Burnt voice coils (blackened, no continuity, melted adhesives, coil separated from the former, etc.)
Punctured or damaged surrounds.
Broken speaker terminals
Bent, chipped or broken frames
Ripped spiders or damaged back plates.
Bit Audio shall not be held liable for incidental loss of use, installation or removal and
reinstallation charges associated with defective or returned product.
Due to the level of difficulty for capacitors and amplifier installations, both products may only be warranted if installed professionally.
Proof of installation may be required for warranty claims.
Subwoofers and speakers submitted with any of the above issues will be considered out of warranty and returned at the customer's expense.
Dead on Arrival Policy:
Professional installation receipt documentation is required for all dead on arrival claims.
Claims must be submitted within 7 days to be eligible for a replacement or refund
Some manufacturer's have no replacement warranty and can only be sent for repair.
Due to manufacturer's restrictions brands such as Alpine, JL Audio, Kenwood, and others can only be repaired and not replaced.
Products missing original packaging, manuals or accessories will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
